Stop Dance
The first phase (50 min): Dancing & Stopping
Dance playfully, be totally lost in dancing and when the music stops, you also stop. For few minutes be still, like a statue aware of whatever is happening inside/outside. Then the music starts again and you dance again... dancing and stopping several times.You can keep your eyes open, which is quite helpful in the beginning. Over time, you may close it and go really inside.
The second phase (10 min): Silence
When the music fades out, lie down immediately. No movement only stillness, relaxing until the sound of the gong.
